Return & Exchange Policy
All discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
If you receive a damaged product, please email the information to momoledhk.com. Our customer service representatives will review your return request within 7 days of delivery, during which time, or they may contact you directly or via email. We cannot issue any form of refund for the order of seizure, damage, or destruction of the order unless the order is returned to our warehouse in good condition, resale, and destroyed by your country’s customs. In this case, the refund will only be issued for the cost of the goods; Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please note that if the cost of a rejected package returned to our warehouse exceeds the value of the order, we will direct the courier to break the packaging and we will not be able to issue a refund of any kind.
The items must be returned, unused and in the original box, and with all paperwork and attachments to ensure full credit.
Ownership of goods, import application documents and fees
When MOMO ships the goods, the ownership of the goods will be transferred from MOMO to the user, and the user outside of Hong Kong will be deemed to be the importer of the shipping destination. MOMO will deliver the product according to the user’s requirements. You may be required to pay surcharges, taxes, or register with the relevant authorities or apply for import or other necessary permits for any goods shipped outside Hong Kong, China, and these charges and documents are subject to the laws of the destination of shipment, and MOMO has no control or anticipation over the number of such charges, and MOMO shall not be liable for such payment or document application procedures. By completing the order process on this website, you accept the terms and conditions and are responsible for all surcharges, taxes or imports for the shipment of the ordered goods or for the issuance of any approved documents. If the final item is returned, MOMO will charge 15% of the total amount of the item to cover the loss of shipping costs. MOMO does not guarantee that any of its products or packaging will comply with the applicable regulatory regulations of all destinations, and all relevant legal liabilities shall be borne by the relevant user/importer.
